Human rights advocate and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman has expressed her strong support for Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi's ongoing efforts to restore state institutions and re-establish full sovereign authority across all Yemeni territory. 

In a statement published on her official X account, Karman strongly condemned the Houthi militia's recent escalatory threats targeting Saudi Arabia. She emphasized that the militia's aggressive actions serve Iranian geopolitical interests under direct instructions from Tehran, rather than serving the interests of the Yemeni people or the country's stability.

Karman's statement underscores a unified political stance against armed militia escalation and highlights the critical need for legitimate, unified state institutions to secure the nation's autonomy and future.
